Clinics and Webinars

Our clinics have been established to give NFP some one-on-one attention about any governance issues they might be experiencing. They last for 30 minutes and are attended by a governance expert and one of our Committee members (who are the emerging governance experts). Your organisation must be a NFP to register.

Our webinars are run quarterly and are free to register online or in person. We post the recordings below after each webinar.

We are looking at a way to match NFPs and aspiring committee members/directors in the future.

Clinics

Upcoming clinics.

The Governance Hub is now holding bimonthly online clinics.  These are on a Thursday, with sessions at 5pm, 5.45pm, 6.30pm and 7.15pm

These offer your NFP an opportunity to book in a time to speak with one of us about a particular governance issue you would like some more guidance on.  All clinics are confidential.

25 June 2026

30 min clinic appointments available from 5pm onwards.

27 August 2026

30 min clinic appointments available from 5pm onwards.

29 October 2026

30 min clinic appointments available from 5pm onwards.

We welcome a committee member or staff member booking in a time. Please email us on info@governancehub.org.au to make your inquiry.

As a matter of good process, it is usually best that the committee is across the issue and has authorised the clinic booking – that way you can take the guidance back to the committee to make decisions on the best course of action.

We appreciate that sometime with a conflict or staff matter you might wish to be more discrete. In this case please do take the precaution to ensure there is some process behind seeking our guidance.
